(1) If the driver's license is lost or destroyed for any other reason, the driver must submit an application for a copy of the driver's license to the relevant authority within seven days, including the prescribed fee in the prescribed format.
(2) After conducting the necessary investigation on the application as per sub-section (1), if the behavior is found to be correct, the authorized officer will give a copy of the operator's license to the operator.
(3) According to sub-section (2), the authorized officer shall give the notification of the issuance of a copy of the driver's license to the concerned police office.
